Beginner Homebrew Opinions

    So sometimes I check out this website and feel super inspired to start a homebrew. (Anyone else feel that way?)

    Moving on, I've never done a homebrew but I would like to give it a shot. Can everyone voice opinions on a good starter kit or what moves I should make. Preferably something under the $200 dollar mark. In addition I would like to gear this towards IPA's.
