Do they keep this menu up to-date? If you scroll up they list Saint-Lamvinus, Gueuze Vigneronne, Fou’ Foune as all in stock. And I'd really like to have a 50°N – 4°E again. Do they sell for take-away?

I've only been there once. My Sept. trip looks to be on. I need to go more often.

    TIA

Wow... If that is acurate.. I would love to get another crack at the 50N-4E too. I actually heard that Cantillon was doing another batch of that soon. Any intell from the lowlands on that?

Good lord!! Any idea when that will be ready? I am swinging through Brussels at the end of Sept after DeMolen fest. Hopefully it will be ready and waiting for me at the brewery "fingers crossed".

Honestly the first batch may have been my favorite Cantillon. I love the Cognac barrel treated stuff.

No idea. But you might get some fresh Fou Foune while you're there.

Looks that way. Airfare was at $1200 most of this year so I figured the trip was off. Then it dropped to about $1020, but I'm trying to save for Copenhagen next year. Then a few days ago it dropped to $820 and I panicked and bought in. So yes to Borfets on Friday. Just not staying at the Tulip but in Amsterdam, so I'll have to jump on a train.

I'll try to bring some beer over. I still have some Shipwreck Porter for Mark, plus some other odds and ends. Maybe some homebrew. And a special beer present for you Thijs. What I don't bring I'll try to ship later in the year when it's cooler. If I can still get Pius X take-away from De Windmolen in Brugge I'll bring some. I told you about that last trip, it's really a great beer.

    Looks like:
    19th-24th Evere (Brussels)
    24-th-26th Brugge
    26th-30th Amsterdam

    Firm plans:
Sunday 23rd - In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst -- Anyone want to go???
    Friday 28th - Borfets

I'm down for De Verzekering. Would be nice if Thijs and some other could join. Heading to Borefts either way  Not missing it for the world since having to cancel last year.

If you like sours I could put a few bottles of Rodenbach Caractère Rouge off to the side for you. These are going hard and fast right now, limited edition. If you can sneak another stout (doesn't have to be anything amazing, hell I'd settle for some of that Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro) in your luggage, that would be cool :stuck_out_tongue:

haha... I was thinking of going to In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst after Borfets Sunday or even Monday or Tuesday. I need to finally get over to Yves's place. Such a nice guy and it is a shame I have never been. After Borfets getting there for Sunday after church might be tough (hangover lol) and I will still be stateside on the sunday before Borfets. I put some feelers out to Yves a month or so ago and he said he does sometimes open other times per special request... The question is... Is Tender special? I think so...
