I am making a Kolsch that I usually use German 2-row Pilsner. Local HBS only has Belgian pilsner 2-row.
will there be a difference in taste?

I feel like I can taste a difference based on different beers I have made, but I never did a side by side. I also heard on a recent podcast (I think it was the Stan Hieronymos interview on Beersmith) that Belgian pils is slightly less fermentable (will not attenuate as much, all things being equal). In any event, I don't think either of these things will have a major impact on your beer and wouldn't keep me from brewing a Kolsch with it.
