I brewed 10 gallons of a Belgian quad a few months back. I am going to bottle 5 gallons and I want to experiment with the other five. I'm open to any suggestions (i.e. oak, bourbon, apple brandy, fruited, soured etc). Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
    Cheers!

Age it on sour cherries, figs, or prunes.

Plums are fairly common, but rum soaked oak sounds delicious to me.
