Belgian Stout Beer Style

    Label it a Belgian stout on the label, but I don't think we need to make it a new style.

    Perhaps this is less of a style than a label change to follow marketing trends. Sure, maybe some recipe tweaking but the Belgians aren't shy about blending tradition with innovation.

    ...how cool would it be if Alesmith's Vietnamese Coffee bourbon barrel aged Speedway Stout variant was fermented with, say, the Westmalle yeast? Holy shit that would be good...

    Hefewizen + Weisswurst + Soft Pretzel + Mustard = Brunch

    So Hefewizen is a Brunch wheat beer. :sunglasses:
