so I brewed a bad ass quad, my question is this. I plan on letting this thing cool condition for about 8 weeks (cellar temp). Could i also carb this beer in the process? Or should I do it afterwards? I want to keg it. (Bottling is a bitch) I think I already know the answer but will this beer need longer aging? Ie 6 months to a year before consumption?

2 months is plenty, aged in the keg while carbonating. Or let it sit the 2 months and then carbonate it. If you do it this way pressurize it once in a while to keep the keg sealed.

It's been in the primary for 9 days. Dropped from 1.088 to 1.014. Let it go a good 2 weeks to maybe drop it another 2 points and then cool secondary in the keg
