Belgian Style Yeti

    I recently picked up a bottle of this Great Divide brew bottled in June 2011. I'm just wondering if I should wait to open it for awhile, open it now, or maybe I just shouldn't have bought one that old in the first place?

    It's good you bought it. They're not brewing that Yeti anymore. I still have some at my liquor store I'm pondering over stocking up on. I really enjoyed the time I had it. The belgian yeast adds fruitiness and a nice twist. I suspect it's aged nicely. Would drink it now if you've never had it.
