I was just curious if there was any way to find out what vintage bottles are offered where. Do any of the bars such as Moeder Lambic upload menus so you can see what rare bottles they have for sale?

It's not up to date, not even the printed menus they have are up to date. But the tons of amazing beer.

ML may not keep up to date with its full stock but I imagine that if anything is accurate, it'd be the relatively few vintage offerings, just imagining the place isn't acquiring aged stuff... but I haven't asked. I more tend to point at the chalkboard and shoot anyway. ANYway. Tough to find vintage menus remotely. http://www.dorst.be/ does list theirs; it's one place that might actually have more old stuff yet to be catalogued. http://www.poechenellekelder.be/bieres.html posts a menu with some vintages on it, but in times past I remember old lambics were on a separate sheet. (Haven't seen that sheet in a while.) De Heeren is more the mode -- extensive vintage menu on paper annotated by hand. Does Kulminator even have a website? Does St. Pietershof even have a listing of old stuff, or just self-guided tours of the shelves?
