I placed an order with Belgiuminabox on 8/11. On 8/13 I received an email saying my order was being prepared. That was the last correspondence I've had with them and as of today, the order still shows as "Preparation in Progress". I placed an order with bieresgourmet a few days prior and they shipped out same day and it was delivered in 5 days. Is this par for the course with Belgiuminabox? I only ordered 5 bottles...
I did, days ago. Haven't heard anything back, so instead of redundantly contacting them again, I figured I'd just see if them taking their sweet time was common or not.
