I had the good fortune of coming across this amazing beer recently: http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/9730/80050/ I've read they use hops from three continents. I'm trying to figure out just what those hops are. It's definitely in the Biere de Garde category but has some very IPA-like characteristics when it comes to the hops. I'm thinking along the lines of citrus and exotic fruits. I'd love to find a clone recipe of it or try to work one out with some help. If anyone can offer any help or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
