Hello, I was just wanting some feedback on trying to land a 4-pack of Bell's Black note. I offered 2 bottles of Jackie O's BA Beer, BA Dark App, Woodburner, or Barleywine (their choice) at about a 25.00 cost. Am I off on this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
That should be just right considering Black Note is $24 a four pack. May be slightly tough as those Jackie O bottles are 12oz (right?) so people may balk at getting half the amount of beer.
Those Jackie O's bottles are 375 ml, so close...if I were you, I'd offer 2 BA Jackie O's and 2 non-BA. I know the $4$ is off, but the oz4oz is right, and I think you would have no problem landing a 4 pack. $12 for a 375ml bottle is ridiculous in the first place, although I understand production/capacity issues of a small brewery. The Black Note trader would probably be leery of accepting that trade based on oz difference...not to mention that BN is one of the best BA stouts I've ever tasted. Just my two cents.
