Bell's Brewery (2020)

Bell's confirmed on social media last week that distro would be limited to MI only.

 

Saw it today, just can't pull the trigger on a 30 dollar 4 pack I've never had before.

I do agree though, I highly doubt it will see outside of Michigan distro. But bells definitely does play the keep people wondering game. I'm quite convinced we have a bells rep who drops us tidbits in this thread.

I've secured plenty through trades already so I'm not speaking out of wishful thinking. I just think Bells like to be very surprising about their more limited beers.

 

Dumb question: broke my trusty Willi Becher last night (RIP) and thoroughly searched for a 20-Oz replacement and the only good one I could find not on wholesale was a Bell’s glass. Only $6, but, $14 to ship. I used that glass more than 50% of the time, I’m not exactly rolling in the money right now...do any of you have it and is it worth the buy?

 

They posted (bold emphasis mine) "This release will head beyond our General Store, but remain in Michigan. It is very limited." so MI-only distro it seems.

 

It's definitely out there. Long time trade partner found a shelf full pretty quick once he looked into it. Picked up this morning. So I'd say that you have a decent chance.

 

I agree. I also think a friend would pick up an extra 4-pack for another friend, if he just so happened to come up to an abundance and convenience.

What is going on with the final Leaves of Grass Series Beer? Was supposed to be released in May, nothing on their website, nothing in my store. Victim of the Rona or just delayed?

 

Was at a larger liquor store in KZoo and they had a bunch of BBA Expo. No limits.

 

Maybe it's not sour enough yet? I've been asking myself the same question. That's the best answer that I can come up with.
