Since there is no thread for this year that I saw, if I am mistaken, please delete this. I wanted to know if anyone knows the guess brewer this year and a preemptive taplist for the event with any possible bottle releases at the General store (Mercury maybe?). It was really cool meeting Jamie Floyd from Ninkasi last year .

Jamie was from 2 years back, so he showed up to drink his beer. Matt Brynildson was the guest brewer last year, and I chatted with him. So there is a good possibility Matt will be back for his beer. No idea who will brew this year.

Jamie Floyd has a great sense of humor. I have talked to him a few time, good guy.

It is very food friendly, and I see several dishes I would pair it with.

Great party yesterday. The food needs to have a warning sign posted in regards to the insanely putrid farts it produces the following day.

Sarcastro won the outfit of the day imo.

@kzoobrew I heard black note isn't in barrels. Are they not doing it this year? Just a silly rumor?

The weird thing is that when I have Cinnamon Sunrise I smell green apple & think aw shit this is infected but then it tastes nothing like green apple...it's weird.
To answer your question, it is really good

The cinnamon sunrise at Detroit fall fest had an odd flavor. The one at eccentric day tasted great.
