Bell's Expedition Stout

Doesn't compare to a lot of east coast beers either. Really depends on what you're looking for... some people love a more muted (relatively speaking) hop character but most of us enjoy a huge kick in the pants flavor and that's why we say Two Hearted isn't that great of a beer. Definitely a good beer, but not what most of us are looking for.

To be fair Total Wine has the cheapest prices you'll find, usually a couple bucks less than elsewhere. I expect a lot of shops to have this for $18+.

 

This....whole foods has it for $18.99.

 

Had Expedition last night after a SuperFun! Maybe it was the hoppy pale ale that messed with my palate, but I thought the Expedition just ok. Or maybe it needs to sit for awhile.

According to this http://bellsbeer.com/brands/availability/ it should be on shelves from October through March or so. I know some stores still have bottles.
