What does everyone think of Hopslam and its staying power? I just had one bottle date Jan 15th and its very enjoyable. It doesn't have the hops potency as when I first obtained it but its not bad at all.

I also had one from the 01/15 batch recently and I felt the same way. Still good although I could tell the hops were beginning to fade. I'd say that's probably one that should be gotten to within 45-60 days of bottling.

sorry. that was mean. and i misspelt aging."aging" hopslam smooths out the hotness, takes a little hop off the top, but not too much, but i get a weirdish off flavor that i like to call "bell's bottlecap" that happens to every bells beer i have after 4 mos or so.
