Australian craft brewer Matilda Bay mysteriously altered the recipe for all their beers to make them lighter in flavour when they got bought out by Australia's biggest macro brewer Carlton United Breweries... strange thing that... couldn't have anything to do with profit margins though (that would just be silly).

Greenbush Brewing uses different hops in each batch for Closure. I've had it a few times and it's definitely been different each time.

I would like to start up Retrograde Brewing with my flagship, Caveman Grut, leading the charge. But isn't Professor Fritz Briem already properly behind the curve?

2014 Harvest was certainly better as far as quality than 2013... Other than that, I have no ideas.... Not that much has changed in the recipes for LCBC, or for Marble as far as I know... and I drink with somebody from there pretty much weekly, more often than not Josh. Though he has said the DIPA is pretty magical lately. I'll have to go down and give it a shot.

The showers series by Noble Ale Works also comes to mind. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it the same grain bill with a different hop every time?

I got to try the Mosaic version recently and holy shit it's delicious!
