Bent Paddle Canning Dates?

    Picked up Harness The Winter yesterday and on the bottom of the can is "024-16." I assume that is a best by date but I can't find any info on how that correlates to canning date. I think most breweries are 4-5 months prior to the best by date but that seems too long as I believe this beer was just canned and released?

    That is the best by date. Canned October 24th, 3 months prior to.
