Howdy folks, we have just kegged our first Berliner Weisse and have a big cake left over.
It is WLP630 Berliner Weisse blend from a sour-mashed recipe that we did almost a year ago.
What do you guys think about brewing a basic Ber-Weisse ingredient list (about 60/40 pilsner/wheat), simple infusion mash, collect runnings, maybe boil for about 15 minutes, cooling and dumping right on this cake?

    Any other suggestions?

    Here's the blend description:

    Thanks!
