Berliner Weisse

    Big fan of Berliners ! I would have to agree with brett lambicus being the toppa top but bahnhof & fritz 1809 are up there as well... great New England versions Id recommend are Portsmouth Brewing and surprisingly White Birch made a solid one. Great summer for German beer styles in New Hampshire.

    Had Tartare on tap today. It was amazing. Please bottle this in six pack. Best beer I had this year I think, better than Younger. Different beer I know but I love the sour tart of this beer.

    For the love of god, drink it at the appropriate temp. If you pull it directly out the fridge and drink it cold, you are wasting your time and money. It really opens up the warmer it gets.

    That's a great thread, thanks! I completely understand the importance of temperature. There's some stuff in my cellar that I drink at room temp because I like it better that way. Many thanks for the input! :slight_smile:
