The Craft Gallery in Marktgasse occasionally has Cantillion and usually has 3F. They had 3F A&G in both sizes last time I was there. http://www.craftgallery.ch Your friend could also try the Au Trappiste bars in the old city. There are two of them right opposite each other. They did have a no take-out policy on Cantillion last time I asked (around 12 months ago) but they do have other interesting beers to go. https://www.autrappiste.ch/ You can get the regular 3F OG and Kriek from a wholesalers in Olten (45 mins from Bern) called Wittich.
