Best Alabama beers readily availble?

    Hey BA!

    I am headed to the Gulf Shores next week for spring break. Is there any brewery or beer in that area that I should check out?

    If you are looking for AL only then I would tell you to check out Good People and Fairhope. Good People cans 4-5 beers, I really like the IPA, Pale and Coffee Oatmeal Stout. Fairhope bottles and I really like Take the Causeway IPA.

    Other good beers available in AL are: Westbrook Gose, CCB Jai Alai, and Terrapin stuff like WnB

    Good People, Straight to Ale, Trimtab, and Blue Pants are my favorite AL brewers. What styles are you looking for? Not sure about the selection down there.

    Yellowhammer Brewing, Back Forty Beer Company, Cahaba Brewing, Fairhope Brewing Company, Black Warrior Brewing Company, Rocket Republic Brewing Company, Avondale Brewing, Grayton Beer Company and Druid City Brewing.

    These Alabama beers I know are there along with the ones above. Grayton is from Walton county, Florida. Enjoy!!!

    Go to Rouses Grocery in gulf shores. They have fresh Jai Alai and cigar city.
