5 Monks was my favorite (Avery brewing), but that was a one-and-done. Allagash Four and Sixth Glass from Boulevard are my highest rated American quads other than that.

Three Taverns Quasimodo. GA only distribution at this point, but well worth the trade or stopping through the Atlanta area on a trip. I was blown away by Quasimodo, and also by the BBA version, Heavy Bells.

I scrolled through this thread looking for this. I haven't had other American Quads outside of Sixth Glass from Boulevard and Quasimodo. I absolutely love Quasimodo. Price is great too compared to some bigger Belgian beers. Cheers!

I honestly avoid american quads, at the price point, it just feels better to go with something I know I will love rather than something that is dicey, the only two american quads i think i've ever actually purchased were three philosophers and ovila plum quad, I also bought ommegang anniversary ale once but I think that classified as an SDA (tomato tomato). none of these were bad but only one of them am I really excited to have again, the ovila plum

The first Quad that came to my mind was the Sixth Glass. A new brewery in Florida called Barrel of Monks also does a very good quad and their dubbel is the best I've had from any American brewery.

I'd be interesting in trying Ovila, because it is brewed with plums. I really enjoy a local brett-aged tripel with yellow plums and apricots. Something about all the tart flavors being showcased, balanced by the juiciness and fragrance of the apricot.

Ovila more than most beers I've had, needs a lot of time to drink, not because it is strong but because the flavors unfold glacially, I have had better quads (not american ones mind you) that don't take as long to drink, I'd really take a solid hour on that one to fully appreciate it, good beer tho

    Yeah, that's a good one.

Others I'd give the nod to are Lost Abbey Judgement Day, Victory V12, and locally Sly Fox Ichor.

If American Quads is all of North America, then I'd also include Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel Rigor Mortis.

Surely am not the only one to note that Ovila tastes more like a stout or a porter. To me it has almost nothing in common with Belgian quads or BSDAs.
