If you are looking for the best you can find I'd say HF, Side Project, and SARA. For some widely available stuff I would say Jolly Pumpkin Bam Biere, Tank 7, GI Sophie, and FW Opal.

Holy Mountain for sure. Their currently available (draft only) Covenant is exactly what you're looking for.

de Garde, Ale Apothercary, The Commons and Upright as well.

Hennepin. About $9-11 a 4-pack. Victory Helios is pretty good and it's around $5 for 22 oz. 99% of Stillwater's portfolio are Saisons. A lot of them are pretty solid.

Since you're in NJ, I would just drive to Tired Hands, if that's an option. Saisonhands is a wonderful tart saison, now that they're fermenting it in foudres. It's available everyday at the brewpub and fermentaria, but I do not believe they are packaging it in anything other than growlers at this point. They also do quite a few saisons with locally sourced honey, which is what I would look for if you're looking for something similar to Anna. The fruited saisons are amazing too.

Tank 7 and Sofie are the best recommendations in this thread for something you might find at a local bottleshop. I like Allagash Saison a lot, but it isn't tart at all. There just aren't a ton of larger breweries doing these "tart saisons," which is clearly what you're looking for.

"I was wondering what other breweries around the country were producing similar products to Casey Fruit Stands or Hill Farmstead Anna..."

The Saisons in my area that have some 'funk' or sour associated with the flavor profile are Tired Hands Sasions and Victory Helios.

In terms of non-funky Saisons I enjoy Tank 7, Hennepin, Stillwater Stateside,...

    Cheers!
