I noticed Stone Ruinten got approved for Texas. Anyone else ridiculously excited for this beer's return?

Very much so - a June 17th release I believe, so hopefully we will get it shortly thereafter -- the possibility of RuinTen and EnjoyBy in the same month has me :grinning:

On that note....what's better....Enjoy By or Ruination 10? I personally don't understand the hype around Enjoy By....I find it to be a mediocre double IPA at best....

500-600 cases of RuinTen are incoming to TX.

I like both, but they fulfill different taste profiles. Ruination 10 will completely destroy your palate as described. I lean more towards Enjoy By if given the choice between the two just because RuinTen is so over the top. I really dig the balance of Enjoy By and nothing comes close to it besides Heady Topper.

Don't forget about Avery XX too.

Sooo 200 cases for Austin... 200 cases for DFW... 75 for San Antonio... and 25 for Houston.

I should work for BEK!

Close actually... I heard ~250 for Austin. I'm not sure on the allocations for the rest of the state.

You can't really compare straight up because Enjoy By is different every time. 12/21 was better than just about any double IPA I've had, but I haven't liked the subsequent ones quite as well (though they're still of high quality). I'd say I probably prefer Ruinten to those.

Same boat. 12/21 I could not believe how good it was. I went ahead and rated it above Dreadnaught as my fav/top DIPA. So far every incarnation after that I have gotten my hands on is not the same and would not be in the top 7 or 8.
