Best beer bars in Boston?

    The people in Cambridge and Somerville are snooty? Hipsterish and self Obsessed, sure. But they're staying in Beacon Hill, doesn't get much snootier. And coming from Chicago, you'll find the bars in Boson decidedly unfriendly.

    I'll just say that Beacon Hill to Publick House is not that bad at all. 20 minutes ish via the T depending how far from Arlington you are.

    You could also hop off the T early and go to Hops and Scotch which has a very solid list normally

    But I would prioritize the Hobo/CBC.

    Agreed, Lord Hobo and Deep Ellum are the best bets and pretty easy to get to. When you see Meadhall, just keep walking.
