Best Beer Brewing Schools/Classes

Hello Everybody -- I have a six week sabbatical at work coming up and was interested in spending that time learning how to brew at a higher level. I'm in Chicago and know about the Siebel Institute. But I am curious if anybody knows of other options, either in the U.S. or overseas. I am looking for something more sophisticated than the typical weekend classes available at a lot of places. And I am willing to pay up if the experience is worth it.
