Insanity recently blew my socks off. And I've got an Eclipse (only EC12) and Sucaba in my fridge so I have high hopes...

I'd have to go with King Henry. Next in line would be Churchill's Finest Hour 2012. Both incredible beers.

Tough call. I think King Henry, Abacus/Sucaba, and Bligh's are all amazing and pretty much equals.

If we're going with "ever" I'll go with the 2005 Legend of the Liquid Brain aged in Dargaud/Jaegle oak barrels for 5 years.

If I had to choose one, I gotta say Kuhnhenn BB4D. Delicious.

Beatification is the best BA non-stout IMO. KBS, 08 BCBS, 09 BCBS Coffe, and Black Tuesday/Choc Rain all stand out in my mind, and I can't forget Utopias.

Insanity is pretty damn good as an English barleywine. So much better than Blithering Idiot. Heresy is pretty solid too. Weyerbacher is one of my favorite breweries; doesn't hurt they're 20 minutes from my house. KBS is pretty damn fantastic, and I have a bottle of Sucaba sitting in the fridge to break out soon. Looking forward to grabbing some Parabola when that comes out too.

I haven't had too many barrel aged beers yet but I really enjoy Uinta labyrinth every time I have it. Also Old Rasputin XIV was solid.

I agree with so many of the previous mentioned beers. So far, no one has mentioned Mother of All Storms from Pelican. I bought a case last November and cracked one open at Christmas knowing it was still green at the time. This is an impeccable beer yet no one has referenced it.
