I definitely have to go with New Glarus's Thumbprint Enigma. I love that stuff.

 

They typically release it in the early part of the year, around February or March.

I concede that the quantity of quality brews in CA is likely the greatest, but from either a per capita or by land mass basis I do believe that VT will accept whatever challenge CA desires to throw our way. The two states may actually be the bookends by which the craft scene is kept upright. Oh, and I'll go with Focal Banger - The Alchemist.

 

Dynamo Fuzz, but Oro Negro, BB Black Maple, and Bodhi are up there.
