Hi all, recently moved to Boulder, CO, and I'm looking for some beer store recommendations. For a month or so, I've been going to the Whole Foods Wine & Spirits on Pearl St. I've been to the Liquor Mart, and while many people have told me it has incredible selection, it didn't seem much better than the WF place. (But I've only been once, so I might have missed something.) So, does anyone have other recommendations for procuring beer here?
Havent been to liquor mart in ages, but I seem to recall a bomber section in the walk in that was "off the beaten path." Did you go into the cooler?
If you hit LiquorMart, Whole Foods, Boulder Wine and Spirits and Harvest you should be able to see everything available at the moment.
I always hit Liquor Mart when I'm in Boulder. More of a singles selection than bombers, per se, but it's still pretty good.
You should check out B Town liquors on Arapahoe. It's not huge, but the one time I went in there they were selling Lambickx geuze for $11 a bottle. Every where else I see it, it's more like $23.
