I'm going to be in STL at the beginning of next week for 2 days. What are the best/good breweries/beers to visit/drink?
The best thing to do is search this forum for similar threads. Also, pretty much every brewery in STL is doing something at an acceptable to world class level. Tr as many as possible.
If you want to sample a lot of STL beers go to ITap or The Bridge Tap House or Bailey's Range. Easiest way to hit a variety of STL breweries.
I would check out Urban Chestnut. Pretty cool atmosphere. Side project cellar and perinnal are the two best breweries that we have. Itap and Craft Beer Cellar in Clayton are the best for variety of beers. Craft Beer Cellar you can also buy at.
