Best Brewery in NJ?

    I'm actually a fan Conclave Brewing, really good beer. Tough to find, but once you do, you won't be dissappointed.

    Hahaa. I figured it was someone's homebrew after I couldn't find anything. I'm also a fan of Conclave apparently. Lol.

    Sipping Carton's Monkey Chased the Weasel (Berliner) as we speak. I have never been a huge fan of sours but as die hard Jersey head I decided to give it a try with brunch at the Cloverleaf Tavern in Caldwell, NJ. One pint and I was hooked. A few plates later I was ordering up a growler to accompany me for a day of swimming and was even more pleased to see it the next day at The Office in Bridgewater.
