Best chocolate/coffee stouts?

    Speedway Stout is basically a Marshal Zhukov with a ton of coffee IMO. Therefore it's my coffee stout of choice. As for chocolate stout, I think Rogue Chocolate Stout may be my favorite.


    ...now if only Rogue would step up the rest of their lineup...

    Terrapin w-n-b
    Bell's Java Stout
    Founder's Breakfast Stout
    Terrapin moo hoo

    Really haven't been able to branch because of Georgia's limited distribution on good beer and breweries.

    I don't remember the Rogue Chocolate Stout as much, but I LOVE the Rogue Double Chocolate Stout...

    One I was so surprised by, for the fact it's just sitting on the shelves around here:

    Epic Big Bad Baptist

    Obviously there are better, but this is an amazing beer.

    Just wanted to add that I would have given a shout out to Caldera's Mogli, because I was really impressed by it, but since the price around me has gone up to $19 for it... not so much anymore...

    Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, Rogue Double Chocolate Stout, Samuel Smiths Organic Chocolate Stout, Founders Breakfast Stout, Real Ales Coffee Porter (yes I know but just I know), Youngs Double Chocolate Stout, and finally New Belgiums Lips of Faith Chocolate Coffee Imperial Stout.

    Not sure how many of the barrel-aged stouts I've had had chocolate or coffee in them, so just going on stuff I know it's brewed with either ingredient.

    im drinking magic hat heart of darkness right now from the magic hat winterland seasonal box. its great
    i didnt drink too many stouts i like sam adams cream stout. not too much alcohol taste its good

    For $$ and ease of acquisition, Rogue Double Chocolate Stout is excellent, the best thing from that brewery.
