First of all sorry if this gets asked a lot, but tomorrow I'm going to enjoy a mix of Southern Tier Choklat and Southern Tier Pumking. I know many of you have tried this mix before. Does anyone here have an opinion on what the best ratio would be?

Did a pumking/creme brûlée blend a couple years back. It still haunts me to this day. Think Ace Ventura shower scene.

since i can see your getting no help i throw out my 2 cents, i prefer a 25% cho to 75% pumking ratio, but i enjoy the pumking much better on its own, so i would do this in a seperate sniftner with a small portion of the beer if you find it could use a little more chocolate add some more, but i wouldnt go less the 1/4 choc because you can really pick up the flavors over the pumking spices without that hope that helps

Agree with mixing up a few different ratios in seperate glasses. This year I did a Schafly/FBS blend and it was fantastic. Eat your heart out TREAT.

i would do slightly more choklat only because, while i absolutely love pumking, the spices would overpower the choklat. having that pumpkin and spice in the backround would reminisce more of a chocolate covered pumpkin
