Love Coffee Bender. Nobody ever buys it at my store unless I hand-sell it, though. I'm working my way through the case by myself.

Stone Espresso IRS was better than bourbon county coffee in my opinion. I had the bourbon county variant back in 2009 and remember it being excellent, but between the bourbon, the oak, the coffee and the roasted malt, it was a bit out of harmony. Stone Espresso IRS nailed it in my opinion.

BCBCS is probably my favorite coffee beer but Jack's Abby's Coffee Framinghammer is pretty close, as well as FiftyFifty's Java Coffee.

This stuff is amazing. If it was in short supply and released only once a year people would go nuts for this.

+1 for Carton Regular Coffee, like a coffee with cream and two sugars.

Don't forget Bell's Java stout! And CCB's Cafe con Leche if you're in the Tampa Bay area. I had it on nitro and it was amazing!

Great River's "redband" coffee stout from Iowa is the best coffee stout without being barrel aged I've ever had and I've tried quite a few coffee beers, it being one of my all time favorite styles. Also you can't beat the price - 7.99 for a four pack of 16 oz great glorious cans!!!! Sooooo sad this one's not being distributed in MN anymore :slight_frown:

I agree. Very good beer. Very rare style to add coffee too as well.

This is relevant to my coffee beer interests. :grinning:

I'm going to throw out one that no one has mentioned or possibly even heard of. This beer tastes like a cold, alcoholic Starbucks coffee (not exaggerating one bit).

    It's Yards Corsica Love Stout.

I love coffee and yes, fresh BCBCS was incredible. Outside of this the best coffee beer I've had is CW Brewhouse Coffee Stout. Kicks the snot out of every other coffee stout I've had. Perennial Sump was good too but not to the level of CW imo. Big Hugs a couple years back was really, really good too. It was the year they used a coffee pour over approach using Dark Matter Coffee. Might have been 2012 or possibly 2011. Someone from Half Acre mentioned they use a difference coffee technique each year but that particular year was sooo good.

I have to agree with a vote for Elysian Split Shot. If you like coffee forward it is in there. They make it with Espresso.
