Best Coffee Beers...

Well BCBCS is one of the most overrated beers IMO. If you are looking for a very strong coffee flavor and high ABV comparable to BCBCS, Big Bad Baptist from Epic is what you are in search of. You will not be disappointed.

 

BCBCS hands down. After than, I dunno, I've had limited tastings of coffee beers. I know Stone Espresso RIS definitely impressed me though for the price point. Elysian Split shot is "aight" imo, but nothing special. I believe Older Viscosity had a pretty impressive coffee flavor, but it was also drowned out by CHOCOLATE, so much chocolate. GD Espress Oak Aged Yeti is also a pretty impressive amazingly priced coffee stout. I've had Sump Abraxas, which was pretty great, but did not blow me away. The only coffee beer to blow me away so far has been BCBCS... so imo, your comparison to Beer Geek Brunch Weasel was not a fair comparison.

EDIT: also, you have TWO Teku glasse?! I'm still in search of one.

I will add my support of Stone Espresso Imperial Russian Stout. I shared one tonight with a friend and we were both very impressed. It shouldn't be hard to find if you were to post an ISO in the trade forum.
