Has no one said Surly Coffee Bender. Their new coffee extraction process makes it OFF THE HOOK good. Drink it cold and fresh, it cant be beat.

this is perhaps one of my favorite styles. I'd definitely say victory at sea is outstanding. Three Beans is a baltic porter so its lighter bodied but still a great coffee taste. Titus was a great porter, I didn't pick up a lot of coffee though.

Coffee Bender while not a porter is probably my go to choice though.

Honorable mention for Real Ale Coffee Porter

It's a stout but it blew me away so I feel it worth mentioning. Spring House's Planet Bean Coffee Stout. I could substitute it for a cup of coffee in the morning. Brilliant coffee aroma and flavor with a very smooth and inviting stout base. If you can find it, it's worth a try for sure.

Another one I don't think I've seen mentioned is Otter Creek/Wolaver's Alta Gracia Coffee Porter. It tastes more like coffee than a porter. I'm not saying it's the best, but it deserves a mention.

Victory at Sea is great, but Funky Buddha's Maple Bacon Coffee porter is not only the best coffee porter but also the best American Porter...period (IMO).

As someone said previously on this post, Coffee Bender is a brown ale but, while we're talking coffee brown ales, CCB Cubano Espresso is the winner in that category for me.

It's local to the Minneapolis/ Twin Cities area, but Dangerous Man's Matchbox Coffee Porter is the best I've ever experienced. Being a Stout/Porter kinda guy it's in my Top 5 brews in that category. It's brewed with beans from the Matchbox Coffee Shop right next door. Can't get much fresher than that.

3Beans. That stuff is awesome, and coffee-focused to the nines. Victory at Sea is another one I really like, but it's more complex than just the coffee flavor, so 3Beans gets my vote.

Talking specifically porters as labeled would have to be VaS. While I enjoyed 3Beans it's not even close

Its pricey, but wow, it really takes first place for beers that have a union with coffee
Try it if you haven't already

I think this is a very underrated porter. Other coffee porters I enjoy are Highland's Thunderstruck Porter and Triple C Brewing's Up All Night Breakfast Porter (that last one is an imperial, so not sure if it's what you're looking for -- plus it's only available here in Charlotte, NC).

Bacon and Eggs at Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Also had the bourbon barrel blend of this brew in February. It was awesome too, but I actually (surprise, surprise) prefer the straight up version. Wish I were drinking one right now...*sigh*
