So, I'm in the middle of the Devils Backbone collaboration 12 pack. Some pretty good stuff in there. Made me wonder what collaboration beer was my favorite that I've had. Looking back at my ratings, looks like it was the rum barrel aged Mrs. Stoutfire done by the Bruery and Beachwood Brewing.

    What's yours?

Stone does a lot of good collabs, but some of them don't seem to make a beer any better. However The first version of Xocoveza was great!

It's a bit of a homer vote, but I really enjoyed Creature Comforts and 7nth Sun's Southerly Love.

I'm going to limit my answers to just brewery + brewery collaborations. There are a handful of breweries that collaborate with coffee companies and things of that nature.

Xocoveza is a fantastic collaboration beer.
Brother Soigne by Grassroots which is Hill Farmstead's collaboration brewery is awesome. Perhaps my favorite collab that I've had to date.

i was actually a big fan of Two Road's and Evil Twin's Geyser Gose. it was pretty refreshing, good priced for 4 16oz cans, and the can design was sweet. good beer, in my opinion.

I really enjoyed the Baird Ishii and stone Japanese green tea IPA. I've used green tea occasionally in my summer beers ever since

I second the SN/Brauhaus Riegele Oktoberfest. Better than any other US Oktoberfest I've had.

The Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest collab was great. I drink as many marzens as i possibly can from August to November and that one was my favorite this year.

Carton, Smuttlabs Sit Down Son is awesome glad i have a lot left.
