I am sure that this has been asked before, but I know that the industry is growing/evolving so the answers change too.
I would like to nominate Liquormax in Loveland as the best craft single store in Colorado- now that the extra coolers are installed and filled. They have 35 beer doors and ~20 are craft beers. I haven't seen anything better, YET. Coaltrain in Colorado Springs has gotten pretty decent with their recent expansion as well, but they don't have nearly as many broken-out 12oz bottles as Liquormax.

What are some of your favorites?

That is JUST Denver. Some people don't live in Denver...
ETA: This is why most forums have STICKIES. So common threads can be brought to the top.
There was no real consensus there, here's what I saw:
    Grapevine
    Argonaught
    Mr. B's
Small Batch (Love this place but 12oz singles were like 24 varieties maybe)
Mile High (decent but their Mix-6 and 12oz bottles were woefully inadequate)
    Westminister Total Beverage
    Payless in Parker
