Headed to Denver for a few days next week. Anyone have suggestions on the top 2-3 breweries making this style? Thanks in advance.

Weldwerks in Greeley is probably the #1 on everybody's list, but it's about an hour from Denver. You should be able to find Juicy Bits and some of their other beers around town with little problem though. In Denver I think the best are Cerebral, Our Mutual Friend, and TRVE. You might want to check their tap lists before heading over to make sure they have NEIPAs on because each of those breweries do a wide variety of styles. But usually they do, at least in my experience. If you want probably the best IPAs made in CO though, I'd check out Comrade. Though they are decidedly not NEIPAs.

While I'm at it, looks like other threads point to Grapevine and Little's as the best beer stores. Any others on that tier?

Cerebral is definitely your best brewery bet downtown, along with River North, their Mountain Haze is generally top tier. If you can travel, there's 4 Noses and Odd13 with great selections. Lots more all over the state.
