War Elephant is awesome. Also, get over to Other Half and get some All Green Everything and Green Diamonds.

Victory's Dirt Wolf. One of the best DIPAs PERIOD, let alone on draft. :sunglasses:

Helltown Idle Hands, but it's a tough one to come across. It will blow your mind.

Well the full name is Shape of Hops to Come, and I think it's a fall seasonal. And for what it's worth I've never actually seen it in can form. Only ever had it on tap.

Agree and it's one of the few that is exceptionally better on tap that bottle as well. 90 min out of bottle, even fresh, just isn't that great. On tap..one of the best on the planet. Not sure why.

For Upstate NY, try Newburgh Hop Drop. Downstate, Higher Standard from Peekskill. Delicious stuff.

VT, obviously Alchemist,Hill Farmstead & Lawson's. Fiddlehead DIPA was nice when I tried it last spring (I think Second Fiddle?).

CT, all NEBCO offerings. MA, Tree House Julius and their DIPA offerings.

I can go on and on but that's a good start.

Travel to NJ and try Kane Overhead.
Far better than any beer on your list.

And War Elephant should be #1 on your list by alot.

I really like Squatters Hop Rising DIPA, was able to have it on draught the other day, even better than the bottle

Ninkasi Tricerahops, Laurelwood Green Mammoth, C-Note from Old Lompoc, Homo Erectus from Walking Man, Freak Of Nature by Wicked Weed, and Transmigration Of Souls from Orpheous (some are IIPAs, I know) are all pretty awesome.

Southern Tier 2XIPA... from the West... Western NY, that is... or more specifically the "Southern Tier", which is where the brewery gets its name.

Arctic Panzer Wolf. I recently bought a fresh bomber, and it did not compare to the one I had on tap last night.

A few kegs from each batch seem to make it through to Milwaukee bars. Personally I've had it at Nehring's @ the Public Market, but I think Sugar Maple, Romans', Burnhearts, Palm, Stubby's, and Rumpus Room have all had it as well. It's jucier and more reminiscent of a FFF IIPA on tap, at least the batches I've had.

Also- no doubt there are plenty of Pliny comments on this thread.

Anyone who has had it fresh on tap (including you CA BA's who get to have it that way every day) knows that it doesn't get much better than that. Blind Pig, maybe, but I think that's considered a single IPA now.
