Double Jack is good and usually easy to find even in my area (maybe not in Canada)

Heady Topper keeps coming up. Where can I find a can between Santa Barbara and San Francisco just off the 101? Whole Foods? BevMo?

Heady topper is only sold in Vermont. Here in MA, we carpool our beer runs.

This is like asking "what is the best (insert sex act) you ever had. Since it came out in 6 packs Flying Fish Exit 16 is the best IPA I have been drinking.

Agreed. Dorado is my #1 DIPA.

I enjoy it more than Heady, Palate Wrecker, Enjoy By, Double Trouble, Sucks, Hopzilla, Hoptimum, etc...

I mean I LOVE all those I just listed, but if Dorado was in 12oz bottles (or cans!!!), I'd never buy anything else (assuming it was always fresh)

This right here. If you get the chance to have the top three - take it. But the other two are excellent as well and should be fairly easy to get your hands on. Especially if you're going to be in Cali.

    Unearthly.

Southern Tier Unearthly is aptly named. It is so good that aliens must have cooked it.

Hoptimum, Hop Stoopid, and Lagunitas Sucks all come to mind..... It may not get off the hype, but I found Coronado's Idoit IPA to be a great DIPA, too.

For me personally, can't help but be on cloud 9 when I am sipping on a Central Waters Illumination!

You've pretty much hit all the basics...So continue with the onslaught of harder to get IPAs...

Seriously Try Sucks and Alpine makes some great stuff if you're headed that way when on the west coast as well as Kern River. If you can get ahold of Myrcenary it's great too.

Heady is head and shoulders above the rest if you can find a friend in VT.

    Cheers!
