Last week we were celebrating Easter with a large group of friends. After dinner our host handed everyone an empty 6 pack container and ushered us outside. They had hidden a variety of different craft beers all over the yard. In trees, behind bushes, etc. It was just like an Easter egg hunt. All of us grown ups suddenly became kids again as we scrambled to fill our containers with the best beers. I thought it was such a clever idea that I wanted to share it with all of my beer drinking brothers and sisters here on beer advocate...Hope you all had a great Easter!
Anyone ever do anything similar ?

I had a couple in my store last Saturday, preparing for the same thing, they also grabbed a bunch of mini bottles for the non beer drinkers in their party...sounded like a good time

For ours, everybody is required to bring a six pack to put on display. We do an egg hunt except the eggs are just picked from a bag and are filled with numbers from1 to however many brought a six pack. If you find #1 then you get first picks at which sixer you want. Then whoever got 2 can either pick a sixer from what's left or steal the sixer from 1 leaving them to pick a new one and so on. Basically it's best to find the last number vs finding 1 cause the last one who picks can take anybody's sixer (basically the best stuff) and leave them with whatever crap is left, and somebody almost always brings a sixer of crap if not a few. It works for us while the kids are eating their candy.

This is great. Has anyone tried this at a " team building " meeting at work? At the end of the day ,you gather and try the beers your co-workers brought .
