I put Gandhi too because there really is no second option. Two Roads Road 2 Ruin would probably be the closest to fitting the OP's list, and while it is solid, it doesn't hold shit to GB. Also, between cans and being sold at the brewery somewhat often I figured it could qualify. OP really needs to change it to regularly available OR in cans/bottle, but people probably wouldn't read that part too

VA: Great Return by a mile.
Not sure why no one else in the state can put together a great IPA, but it is a Challenger finding a good one. Great Return is solid. Of course, that answer will soon be Green Flash WCIPA, and after that (hopefully) one of the great Stone IPAs when those two come to Virginia Beach and Richmond respectively.

Mystic Mama IPA is good; Mandala IIPA is very good to great depending on the hops used. Matriarch IIPA is good as well.

My opinion for Mass is that Tree house and Trillium are not readily available to most of residents of the state so they don’t qualify to me.

The best READILY AVAILABLE IPA in Mass is Hoponius Union (yes, lager). Be Hoppy gets top honorable mention as it’s somewhat readily available to most residents but can also be virtually absent depending on brewer schedule. After that, I say Mass Rising for another lager.

Seriously though, if leaning more on availability, Hoponius Union and Mass Rising are found virtually everywhere at any time and beat all in-state hoppy offerings in terms of combination of constant availability and quality.

I totally agree. But I find this to be somewhat arbitrary, considering there may be a brewery, which we have many these days, that make better ones. However, considering the ones I have tried, you are dead on it! I know some might say Hop Drop is the best, but I honestly don't think its all that. Jade blows it away.

I gotta go with Jade for NC.

HDnR and FoN are good but I've always enjoyed Jade the most.

Recent Oregon transplant here. I've been working my way around the Portland breweries and so far my favorite IPA has been from Breakside Brewing. It's available in bottles too, so there's that.

I'd probably vote for Boneyard's entire lineup if they bottled, though. Holy shit, they've been by far my happiest "discovery" since moving here. RPM, Hop Venom and Notorious are all awesome.

    Love me some Oregon.

Carton 077XX, which is readily available at my local, and I'm on the opposite side of the state from the brewery.

Hop Drop n Roll is a great IPA but I don't get the hype. A lot of beer stores around Raleigh get it fresh from the brewery the same day so maybe that's why its so loved. Jade is definitely better IMO.
