Can I get some help picking out an all grain brewing kit? I want it simple enough to start home brewing but advanced enough for early stages of starting a brewery. For example, needs to be upgraded easily by pumps, recirculation, automated equipment, etc. Don't know what brand or price is a good one, please help!

    Thanks!

You may want to post this in the home brew forum in order to get a better response.

Thanks for all the info! What size kettles do you use?

I use a 10-gal kettle, as well as a 10-gal mash cooler. Seems to do the trick for any beer style up to 1.100 OG, give or take..
