I'm a recent transplant from the States, and since my move, I've been getting the hang of bottle shopping in government stores. I've noticed in my bottle hunting that selection of craft beers varies from location to location. So far, I've been pretty impressed with what I've seen from the location at Yonge and Summerhill, and the one on Avenue in between Lawrence and Wilson. Anybody else live in the city and have a honey hole they'd care to share?

I go to these often: Victoria Park & Ellesmere, Brock & 401 (Pickering), I don't know if they are too far from you.

Close to the two you mention are the ones at Dufferin and Wilson and at Laird south of Eglinton. Both are of the newer variety with the large walk in freezer and tend to get most of the seasonal releases. Neither are much different though from the two you mention. Alas, that is our lot n Ontario...

You got the best one at summerhill. Next is Weston road. After that hit and miss.

Stores stock what sells, smaller stores with a consumer base of beer lovers will have a better selection of craft beer. I know both the liberty village & dundas & dovercourt stores work very hard to have a great craft beer selection
