    I may have to get a bag, cuz I want to try it! I prefer buying from my LHBS but apparently they can't even order it at this time (probably supplier contract BS).

    Has anyone used this in something simple (a SMASH or something close)? I am considering using this but I am looking for some tasting notes if anyone can provide me with some from personal experience.

    Here's a photo of 97% Red X / 3% Carapils wort going into the boil kettle. Nice shade but not what I was hoping for. I'll post again one kegged and carbonated. No filters or other adjustments were made to the photo.
