Best Milk Stout

    I go through periods liking different beers more, but lately, terrapin moo-hoo is my fav and left hand nitro is my 2nd

    Their (Neshaminy) Chocolate and Coconut Mudbanks were pretty awesome

    Milk it by Wicked Weed was every bit as good as Left Hand Milk Stout, but limited, very limited production. Also Wicked Weed is about to release Milk & Cookies Stout, another Milk stout every bit as tasty as Left hand.

    These would be my three favorites.

    I wonder if Im the only one that doesnt like Left hands Milk stout lol although it has been a while I probably should give it another shot.

    Duck-Rabbit definitely. Also Left Hand does a good job and one I just tried and loved was Terrapin's Moo-Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout, awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I thought it was a nice stout , but way too little lactose for a milk stout. The nitro version had a bit more creaminess that the lactose should have given the stout.

    Drain pour for me. Thought it was just way too sweet.

    I think this beer did such a great job of exceeding expectations. I knew it was going to be good, didn't know it'd compete with Bomb! for being one of my favorite in the style.

    I think this is the best Milk Stout because of the way it has really defined the category. Very balanced and available.

    Latitude is on the come up. I thought Island Fever was unbelievably good.

    I really loved Dangerous Man's Chocolate Milk Stout. They pack a ton of flavor into only 5.1% ABV. Lugene's from Odell is very good as well. FFF Moloko is probably my favorite, but you can't go wrong with Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro.

    I live in PHX and have been to Fate a few times. Whenever they have the milk stout, they sell out in about 5 minutes..stilll haven't tried it :slight_frown:
