It seems like there have been dozens of new breweries opened around the Denver Metro area in the last year or two... most of them are mediocre or less than average. However, I've really enjoyed TRVE brewing company in South Denver, and really like River North, right by Coors field as well. (been around a few years now.)

Odd 13 in lafayette, CO has been the most interesting brand new brewery. The rest, honestly, have not yet been worth mentioning.

All in the same industrial condo in Portland Maine....Bissell Brothers, Foundation Brewing, and Austin Street Brewing. They all knock it out of the park.

My thread focuses on new breweries that have opened up in the last two years but I'm also interested in world class breweries that have gone unnoticed. When I travel it's great to find new or little known breweries that blow you away.

In SF bay area, besides Cellarmaker:
Faction in Alameda - solid beers, cool taproom.
Fieldwork in Berkeley - haven't been to the brewery yet but I've had a few of theirs on tap and they're getting some good buzz.
Cleophus Quealy in San Leandro - only been once, but all of their stuff was solid. nice taproom and friendly atmosphere.

Doesn't look like they have a tap room. What's the best way to grab some of their beer? I'll be in the Chicago area this summer.

A new sour brewery just opened up in an old church in North Cincy called Urban Artifact. Their Gose and Berliner Weiss are phenomenal. They just opened up about two months ago and have already are mainstay in my fridge. They are draft only and don't distribute far as of now, but I talked to the owner and distributed bottles are in the near future.

Burnt Hickory, Kennesaw, GA. If you can get your hands on anything they've brewed, you'll be very happy.

I second noble. Their IPAs are top notch but also really like all their English style beers. Love how they have cask available.

Creature Comforts (Athens, GA) has been out of this world with everything I've tried from them. Just hope they expand a little more when I move a little further away and can't drive down to Athens to get their stuff!

Burnt Hickory has also been pretty solid with more adjunct-oriented brews.

Here in the PNW, I'd say Holy Mountain and deGarde have quite the regional buzz. Although, I haven't been knocked over by either.
