Best non-bomber stout?

Hard to say as there are so many good ones but prairie Bomb!, Oscar Blues Ten Fidy, Great Divide Yeti and Founders Imperial stout are a couple of good ones.

 

Bell's Java Stout - only 7.5%!
Bell's Kalamazoo Stout - only 6%

Oh and all 3 above come in six packs, and aren't really expensive.

Have fun chasing down the BCBS then drinking a 14% beer....so unneccesary to me.

 

Barrel Aged: BCBS and Black Note
Non barrel aged: Expedition, Peche Mortel, Ten FIDY.

 

Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout and Ballast Point Victory at Sea are great 12oz. options. The Mikkeller Brunch and Breakfast Weasel are great too, but pricey.

 

Victory at Sea is a porter

 

Another vote for Old Rasputin, Storm King, Yeti, Narwhal, Victory at Sea and of course GI BCBS.

Ten Fidy is very good, also like Beer Geek Brunch weasel from Mikkeller.

 

BCBS and BCBCS are the obvious top dogs, but Tweak, Uncle Jacob's, Beer Geek Brunch Weasel, Founders Breakfast Stout, Yeti, Narwhal, and Old Rasputin are also pretty darn delicious.
