Stouts that are accessible across state lines: Founders Imperial Stout, Plead the 5th, Stone Imperial Russian Stout.
Locals that are not easily accessible that you must have if you can get the chance; Town Hall Brewery Russian Roulette, Surly Darkness, Fulton The Worthy Adversary.

Gotta give the love to FBS, it never lets me down. I also love Old Rasputin, BCBS, Ten Fidy, and that Stone Espresso IRS just blew me away as well...they're all so good!

Ten Fidy/Expedition, too close to call.

Semi-local plug: Foothills' Sexual Chocolate. Which reminds me, BA Sexual Chocolate should be hitting the taps soon...

Seeing all these other choices being made is just making my wishlist that much longer.

    2. Abyss
    3. Not a true RIS, but Imperial Biscotti Break
    4. BA Rasputin
    5. Hoppin' Frog B.O.R.I.S

Could go on and on, and probably forgot to mention one or two that belong up there, but the top 3 are def. my favorites, and can literally drink them all day long, fresh, cellared, any which way, even the Abyss. Parabola is one of the top 3 beers out there in my opinion.

I'm a big Stout fan; thought Stone IRS was better than the Espresso although I like the Espresso a lot. I thought the regular IRS was more complex than the Espresso
